One site shows 70% rain chance and no mention of wind and another I saw said 20% chance of rain and 22 mph winds.
Sorry I meant this for Boca Raton but Miami should be similar.

The Blue Raiders have already played in a monsoon at Bowling Green State, so they should be okay. How's the toppers' wet weather game?

Go Panthers! I believe this game ends up closer than expected.

I think MT is clearly better than FIU, but they may be coming down from the high of beating Mizzou and I think FIU played LT tougher than people think. Nonetheless, I see MT winning by 10 points or so. A MT blowout wouldn't surprise me, but it would be very disappointing.
