Well Broncos take on the #3 rank DU Pioneers this weekend in the Rickey Mountain High. Absolutely love our schedule this year and how it possible sets us up to climb in the pairwise.

DU is a good test, was the team I thought should of been pre-season #1 as on paper, they appeared to have the most pieces of the puzzle with two good goalies, couple of high end defenseman/forwards, along with some experience and a head coach whom many think could be the next college head coach to get a shot at the professional level. That being said, I think we match up with DU very well and look forward to this weekend series:

Goal Tending + DU
D-core + WMU
Forwards + WMU
Coaching + DU (only because Montgomery has the last line change)

Points on the road are very important, as even with a loss, if you can still manage a tie or shootout win like last year, Broncos should see a move upward in the polls. But I'm going into this weekend looking to make a statement and come home with a sweep

This series is really important in determining where we are at in contrast with last year.
