You know, to be fair, I got a lot accomplished today with no game to worry about. Worked on some things, got some things accomplished, ran some errands, even performed my duty by voting.

Now, if y'all were really concerned about full stadiums and getting actual Toledoans to these silly Saturday fiascos, my wife would still probably be on my back...

We are the best TV draw in the conference outside of WMU (right now)... Don't schedule us on TV if we are the 4th best game of the day on a THURSDAY. We would have had over 20k for 70 degree weather and a wild party scene with OU students in town yesterday. OU travels terrific and that Thursday game hurt everyone. It was lowkey pretty chilly too... It could have been worse, but the game really lacked hype. 17 point favorites for a Thursday night game is blah to most people.

The people I know who have Cbssn also can watch Espn3 games on Tv without any extra devices. I had a prior arrangement on Thursday nights where I couldn't make it to the game until the 2nd half. If it had been on Espn3 I could have watched the first half on my phone, but CBS sports did not seem to have a mobile app that had any type of live video streaming. I don't have the CBSSN in my subscription package at home, and I know very few people who do, and in the past year there have been bars we've gone to just to watch a game that was exclusively on CBSSN, where we call ahead to make sure they have the channel, only to have the game come up as not available/blacked out after we've already ordered food & drinks. My thinking is completely selfish here, but Cbssn has been a nuisance so far.

About the same amount of people who get ESPNU, get CBSSN. You can watch for free live online. Also, any worthy non-nightclub bar has it.

I thought the CBS thing was a good broadcast.

I liked the announcing crew too.

But would have preferred to enjoy game in person on Saturday.

+1. I get more excited about an average Huskie first down than I will be if the Cubs win the World Series. Just don't care. I was at our game against BG and even our band a few times played that stupid Go Cubs Go song that I can't stand.

Okay. If either team wins it will consume media in that city for weeks. So we just need to be prepared. If You don't like the result just put yourself on an ESPN blackout until Thanksgiving and u should be good
