Good pickup for Troy after Ole Miss cut him loose.
Does anyone know if he's playing this year? I don't see him on the EMCC roster or stats. His twitter bio says he's at EMCC but I would have expected him to still be on the roster even if redshirting.

I'm sure they do. NC Brewery laws are ****. I don't know enough about them to give you anything definitive but you can easily google it. That said, I've been at work. Just wanted to take a jab and step away.

6'6 ends on the field at the same time rarely occur at this level of play and should allow Troy to remain competitive in their P5 match-ups, at least up front.

Honestly, if he is looking to stay for a longer period of time I would imagine that in two years Troy would be considered one of the pre-season favorites to crash the NY6. The jump from year 1 to year 2 is very promising for the future if he decides to stick around. Otherwise, he could pull a Fritz on you and start packing his bags before the last game of the season resulting in you being blown out by Georgia State.

Troy then hires a defensive minded coach who loves Troy but has no idea how to maintain an edge using the players they currently have, Troy's well oiled machine turns in to a creaky shell of it's former self and slowly fades back to the middle of the Belt.

It's early to be talking about a departure. NB has a certain connection with Troy and he won't fly the coop for just any job. Glad Kentucky has picked it up...

And his certain connection with Troy will mean very little.
