VT Sleeper Pick For ACC Hoops?
Curly looks to have a team that could make a Sweet 16 or better run this year. The guy is an excellent coach.

SU Writers had them 5th and 6th...Poll comes out tomorrow at the media days.

I'd love that, and I'm excited as anyone about the direction of the program under Buzz, but our biggest weakness right now is interior defense.

With Blackshear potentially sidelined for the season, we're going to be relying on some unknown guys and playing lots of small ball with LeDay as the nominal 5. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong, but I think we're going to get beat on the boards and it's going to cost us some games.

Not a good prediction. Louisville will finish in the top 3 of ACC. Pittsburgh will finish in the first half of ACC.

If Louisville isn't a Top 5 team in its own conference, then the 2016-2017 ACC will be the conference in the history of basketball by far! i think we're probably Top 3 though...

They are probably a year away. Buzz already has 2 top 70 recruits signed for 2017. They've got some talent so the NIT/bubble team is a reasonable expectation for this season.
