Voters In Texas Say Machines Changed Trump Votes To Clinton,
Officials Insist It’s User Error

No problem there…

Quote:Early voters in Texas have made claims on social media that voting machines in Dallas, Tarrant and other counties have changed their presidential votes from Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton.

The allegations follow a similar pattern: Voters say they voted straight-ticket Republican, but when they reviewed their ballots, they reflected they had voted for Hillary Clinton for president, not Donald Trump.

Their votes for Republicans in down-ballot races were not affected, according to the complaints.

RE: Voters In Texas Say Machines Changed Trump Votes To Clinton,
This is going to come out into the light more and more. A previous thread revealed another voting location in the Chicago area (IIRC) where the voting machines had "calibration errors." Rigged! The good news is more folks are made aware to check their votes.

I've always thought this voter fraud thing was overblown, but now that there's a second hand story from Shandy Clark on Facebook, IDK what to believe.

My money is on Internet hoax or simpletons not being able to operate the machine correctly.

RE: Voters In Texas Say Machines Changed Trump Votes To Clinton,
So much attempted fraud going on here that it's trending on Facebook. This issue has been reported in 6 TX counties so far.

The ballots are probably assuming (like Firmbizzle has been doing the past year) that the folks are just trolling the machines and really don't want to vote for Trump/Pence. Smart machines.

When you push one button for a straight ticket vote and all votes are for that party except one, it isn't "simpletons not being able to operate the machine correctly"

Anyone who votes straight ticket shouldn't be allowed to vote IMO. It shows they clearly could care less about the issues. I don't believe I've ever voted one party in a single election nor do I plan on doing so this year.

Agree. Straight ticket voting shouldn't be an option.

If they did that though, there wouldn't be many votes for down ticket races. I usually only vote for pres, governor, senate, house, and bonds.

If they did that, many dems wouldn't know how to vote.

Our sheriff is a democrat and has had solid support across party lines for quite some time.

And in NC there are reports of votes cast for Ross (D) switching to Burr ®. It isn't rigged. It is a problem with the machines' calibration.

Putin's machines will switch the Democrats votes to Republicans.

Is this your attempt at plausible deniability? "Calibrate" the machines to steal the Presidency and pretend to throw the R's a bone in a race they lead anyway?

Huh.

I used a pen. Filled in the bubbles. Took about 30sec.

Not a huge fan of voting machines. Particularly those that don't leave a paper trail.

The last paragraph is the best!
"Be alert for any warning lights or a series of three loud beeps from any of the machines if you are monitoring a polling place--and if you see a string of voters who look American, especially if they are wearing red, try to intersperse them with less likely Trump voters (young women with high cut clothing, minority voters, or young men who do not appear "tough"). By doing this you may be able to avoid the death pattern."

Yeah, VICE Nightly News covered this topic on Mon too. Interviewed a computer science prof whose lab wrote a virus that changed votes on a type of voting machine still used in I think three states.
