Anybody looking to hit the links Friday afternoon at Spotswood Country Club, the alumni office opened up two more 4-somes today for the annual homecoming golf tournament. Registration closes at midnight though.

Yes, I signed up yesterday as a single. So, maybe we get put in the same foursome.

Never occurred to me to bump this in the last few weeks, but if anyone here is looking to hit the links in Harrisonburg, the annual homecoming golf tournament is being held this Friday afternoon, and there is still room for 2 or 3 foursomes. Online Registration closes tonight at midnight I think, but we'll be able to take a few latecomers. PM me or call the alumni office (540-568-6234)

Registration for the tournament ends tomorrow. We (unfortunately) still have several foursome and single spots open. This is the Harrisonburg Alumni Chapter's biggest fund raiser for our scholarship so if you are going to be in town for the weekend, consider coming early and enjoying some golf too!

It was pleasant to see people out last year on a rainy homecoming in all smiles just because they were back in Harrisonburg. Bring a rain jacket and it's all good!

any updates on 2023? I did not see it listed in the initial release of Homecoming events (maybe I'm blind)

It's not on there yet; Alumni office is still working on the Homecoming events but you can expect to see it soonish. I'll try to remember to follow up when I see it. The JMU offices (alumni, Duke Club, etc) seem to be in their 'seemingly biannual' (my label) staff turnover this year. I know the alumni office has been short staffed lately.

As chance would have it, this event got added to the Homecoming page yesterday.
