The tax credits cut off at $47k for an individual or $97k for a family of 4. Real people are getting hurt. It isn't a game. Let's take the family of 4 making $97k for example. Houston zip. Cheapest plan with BC/BS is $665 with a loving $13,700 deductible.

It's widely reported that BC/BS is asking for a 60% rate increase on all plans in Texas. I'm not sure if that has yet been approved.
