Me too.

Too bad their people here are a little silly.

Memphis wins this game though.

I think it's going to be a shootout. Last team to score wins.

I agree with you Old Tiger. I've always enjoyed being in a conference with Memphis. You guys have a great program & overall group of fans. Now that my oldest daughter has moved to Memphis & you guys hired my favorite b-ball coach, Memphis is my 2nd favorite AAC school.
Thank you, Tulsafanzz.

We were very fortunate to get Tubby. He is exactly who we needed to bring stability back to a program that had become a home for vagabonds seeking 1 or 2 years of playing time.

I realize college basketball is leaning that way everywhere, but the speed with which players were coming and going was making me dizzy.

Y'all were one of the anchors for CUSA, that's for sure. Other than that time period, I'm not sure how you make the case you're trying to make. History between the two programs doesn't support it. Tulsa is a great conference partner and a fun group to play.

Tulsa may not look it, but the Hurricane is a run first team. We sling it around a bit but still a run first team. If we have success running it against the tiger kitties then you will see it all day.

Tulsa ran the ball against Tulane better than Navy did. True duel threat offense.

RE: TIgah High vs the Harvard of Oklahoma..
I thought I heard/read somewhere that Tulsa had the #2 AAC scoring offense and Memphis had the #2 AAC scoring defense. Should be a good matchup. I think our defense can slow down Memphis well enough to let our offense win the game. I think we'll pull away in the 4th quarter judging by how we had our way with Tulane's defense that was at the top of the league. Our players are in excellent shape and can wear people down late in games.

Tulane's offense isn't built to score in bunches. We are though and you are just the kind of opponent we match up well with.

We have an effective running game this year as well as a defense that we didn't last year. If we want to we can control the clock. That's not what Memphis wants.
