Yet there is nobody willing to prosecute because DOJ/Lynch is in on it. Maybe if she somehow violated some state laws a State AG could do something. If she wins the people on her enemy list are going to get punished real bad (and lots of them are Dems).

There has never been a time in US history where the government was this lousy with out and out corruption. They hardly try to hide the conflicts anymore. And we are about to put the head of the Clinton Crime Family in charge of the purse strings. Turning into Italan politics before our eyes.

Anyone remember that game connecting Hollywood actors with Kevin Bacon (Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon) where the overwhelming majority of actors could be linked to him in movie roles within six steps of separation? The theory was he had his paws in everything Hollywood movie-wise. Well, two can play that game. The Clintons could be linked to every scam and corrupt person in politics within six steps. Probably within four or less because of their tangled, far reaching power-money web.

FWIW, this story has not made it across the MSM at all today to my knowledge. No surprise there folks. Trump did mention at his rally in Florida earlier today that it was front page in the WSJ. I checked and it sure was.

FOX is running the story. Rest of the media won't touch it even though it smacks of buying favors and/or favorable treatment.

It is up to the Oversight Committees to make this an issue. If they don't, despite Trump, the voters will make this an issue. As for myself, I am looking closely as to what our local and State candidates have to say and how they align. If not this election, then the next.

That aide, Andrew McCabe, went on to oversee the shoddy Clinton probe, and is now No. 2 in the FBI, second only to Director James Comey. And we’re supposed to believe all this is kosher?

Locally the "explanation" is that Hubby agreed to not attend any of his wife's rallies or help her campaign. And that made all this above board.

It's such a freaking joke. The guy IN CHARGE of the FBI probe, his wife is handed more than half a million by carpet bagger clinton henchman Mcallaugh (remember, this is the same guy that basically BOUGHT the clintoons house for them, in NY) and he's gonna be professional and on the level in his investigation.

Riiiiiight. Dirty is as dirty does. He, and Comey of course, will be the toast of the DeeCee cesspool cocktail parties for decades now.

The reason for the "sideways" comment must have been Giacalone’s realization that DOJ and FBI senior management had decided that the investigation would not work in tandem with a federal grand jury. That is nearly fatal to any government criminal case. In criminal cases, the FBI and the DOJ cannot issue subpoenas for testimony or for tangible things; only grand juries can.
Giacalone knew that without a grand jury, the FBI would be toothless, as it would have no subpoena power. He also knew that without a grand jury, the FBI would have a hard time persuading any federal judge to issue search warrants. A judge would perceive the need for search warrants to be not acute in such a case because to a judge, the absence of a grand jury can only mean a case is “sideways” and not a serious investigation....
