Wish CCU could've held on to a 2-1 lead for a win today vs Louisiana, and our first Sun Belt Reg Season Championship... But a tie for us it was, and we will happily take finishing 2nd to such an esteemed program by 1 point. Looking forward to our first post season run, and hopefully a chance for a better outcome vs y'all the second time around.

Just Wow. TXST started the season off well but fell off the cliff fairly quickly. Not sure if it was injuries, youth or just plain not very good. Ugh.

My guess is the latter as we only had 7 freshmen and 4 sophomores on the 25 person roster.

I believe standings are now final, and the conference tournament is set.

And once again a GS women s sport drags up the rear. For our time so far in the Belt our men s eams usually are in top third to half of league. our women s teams are usually in bottom third to half of league

You should take pride in scoring an amazing goal late today and force OT on the way to beating us. Knocked us from a 4 seed all the way down to the 7 seed and a tough matchup with a Coastal team that beat our brains in earlier this year.

Still, considering our Women's Soccer program was basically in the gutter, the new coach getting us to 7th this year is quite an accomplishment.

FYI, here are the tourney matchups. Tournament is set for Nov 2nd-6th in Foley, AL. Will be streamed via the conference website.
