I'm curious who the other fans think should be suspended based on the video.
There's a WKU player (not sure who it was) who took an ODU player to the ground and was about to lay into him until another WKU player pulled him off. He should be suspended. #10 (4th string QB) will probably face punishment for chucking the ball at someone. Wales (#20) is tricky. It was a two hand shove that hit the ODU player's face mask just right causing his helmet to fly off. That really escalated the brawl. If that shove hits the ODU player squarely in the chest, it's a minor scuffle with a couple of penalties handed out. So from that, I wouldn't be surprised if Wales is suspended for the FAU game. Nothing else is clear and just looks to be a lot of pushing and shoving and pulling teammates back.
Still can't get over the head official chucking the flag right at the players like it was going to stop them.

I noticed that too, kinda funny.
Didn't an NFL ref almost blind someone about a decade ago by doing that ?

I googled it, it looks like Orlando Brown sued the NFL for this incident. Couldn't find a video though. Here's an Ole Miss player taking a flag to the eye.

I stand corrected....
that's good to know....
knowing the ncaa can't intervene/punish regarding this incident is always good at our level of play...
having said that, the schools should both work it internally with "some" form of punishment so it doesn't happen again....

There will be warring for all players that left the bench
Any player that threw a punch/swing/football will get 1 game no matter if it did not land (I did not see any land)
Pushing no matter where it landed will get a reprimand but no suspension
The group of 4 players that caused the benches to empty will probably be looked at the hardest and it's iffy to me. I could see all 4 sitting out a game. Even if no punches were thrown. But #12 clearly throws one after his helmet was knocked off from the two handed push
To be honest I mainly watched the action from that group of 4 after the push to the helmet. So there could been punches I missed

I wouldn't argue against that....
each school should administer/levy punishment "stat" and move on....
to the helmet-less player......I would've swung from the fences at that point....he was up against 5/6/coulda been 10 if he didn't....he was screwed at that point and knew it.....so screw that premise....you're the fighter, right?

It's a lot like marriage. When the kids do something wrong you make sure they understand what happened and they take care of it. When your spouse does something wrong you close your mouth since you have to sleep in the same bed.
What are the chances the officials did not catch the dude throwing the football? I am glad neither team is adversely affected for the next game. The league office should certainly come out and say that they made a mistake ejecting the wrong player though.

Of course, we know that's not the M.O. at wkcc. Discipline is merely a suggestion there. They are already in talks to erect a statue in Wales honor.
You just can't resist. You're like a crackhead who cant't walk past the neighborhood dealer without buying something.
