Hadn't lost 4 in a row since John Thompson. Being in the same sentence as the worst coach in ECU memory will get you canned.

Turned over to the hockey game at half and the Canes quickly allow two goals. Maybe I'm the problem, lol.

Who gives a **** we're a hundred times worse yet there's more talent

I like how youve let your anti Mo stance cloud your logic. This is one of the worst teams we've had in a while. Ruff's tenure had effectively dried up the NFL pipeline that Holtz had built up. Give Mo a few seasons to bring in top quality players again who most importantly fits the new system and we will be fine.

Wtf are you on about. NFL pipeline my ass. ECU has no and never had a NFL pipeline. Under what ECU coach did defensive backs run around WRs before trying to chase them.

He's not bringing in top quality players. Not even ecu quality players. Fit the system means nothing that's liberal buzz words. He's not asking anyone do anything they can't. It just doesn't work.

Why would you run a swing on third and goal needing 9 yards. Nonsense

I'm not anti montgomery. I'm anti suck. And ecu sucks

I'm all for giving Mo a chance since we beat NCSU but our Red Zone issues are troubling....

the CBSCS studio color guy (houston nutt. such a dumb ass) keeps committing a cardinal sin of stupidity.

he keeps saying that the receiver caught the ball it it's highest point. of course he didn't; he caught the ball at one of it's two lowest points.

grates on my nerves.

oh, and GO ECU! we've been divorced for years, but I still can't kick the ECU habit.

This is why NC State fans go around calling it our super bowl.

Ruffin McNeill beat NC State and UNC every year. By a lot. Too bad we play for conference championships

After we picked up this OC I watched a couple LaTech games on YouTube and their offense looked a ton better than ours looks.

I don't know if it's personnel or if it's all in the players heads; we moved the ball easily the first three games. But since VT we've looked disjointed. Is it a hurt QB? Did Foster give everyone a blueprint on how to stop us? Some combination?

ECU doesn't look any worse or better coached than before. That Carden kid masked how poor of a coach Ruff was...07-coffee3

Nelson is phsyically as good as Carden. ECU almost beat UF in the Swamp, BYU in the mountians, Ranked temple at home, and beat VT all with a third stringer at QB. ECU was better last year with a FCS level QB in the air raid.

Holtz has 4 active NFL players compared to Ruff's 2 and Ruff was here longer. And fitting the system DOES mean something. Air Raid was based on quick passes thus the o-line could get away with being smaller cause they didn't have to block as long. A pro style needs a bigger o-line that can block for longer due to the QB going through his progressions.

I know they teach physics at ECU. 03-idea03-2thumbsup

I suppose if the game was in australia, and he was announcing in NYC, then he could have a point. it's still just a stupid thing to say.

Haha, I didnt see the play, but if the QB side armed a laser it could be caught at the highest point.
