I pretty much agree. But in a lineup with Troy, Jacob, Gary, and Kyle he's not going to have to do too much. I was/am a big Jenifer doubter but Cronin was talking about his improvement; if he could play 5-10 that'd be huge because I don't think KJ is a viable primary ball handler.

We have some breaks between the marquee games aside from the Rhode Island-Duke turnaround. The remaining pressure games seem to be sandwiched around games that should afford rest for our starters (@ ISU and @Butler in a 9 day span may be difficult).The key will be utilizing JJ/Quad from a 2-3 minute stretch around a tv timeout to give some extra rest.

Troy has shown he is conditioned enough to handle 35 and play 50 if needed. I'll take a 70% Caupain over a 100% Jenifer in a pressure game.

What I don't want to see is the team in the midst of an 8-10 point run and then a line change occurs and the momentum stops.

It is funny that you mention about Jenifer's improvement in the past year. My dad talked to a former BB player who is still involved with the program that mentioned the same thing. He said he is definatly capable of playing 5-10 sub minutes for Troy when he is out.

Jenifer is another guy who i think has plenty of talent and just did not adjust well to the speed of the game at the college level. Quadri, Jenifer, Scott, and Brooks need to be logging tons of minutes in the softer part of the schedule so they are confortable filling in when it really counts. I have a feeling Cumberland will be good to go.
