Apparently he, also, posted an offer today from Georgia Southern. Sounds like he is just fishing for P5 offers. We'll see in just 2 more weeks.

I never begrudge QBs from flipping commitments. They get more pressure than most to commit in the first place because, generally, one slot is the max each team has for them each year. And considering JMU is always in the hunt for FBS transfers to take a 4 year recruit’s spot I would extend that leniency to all positions potentially flipping from Harrisonburg.

He has put up unreal numbers. Also, not only is he built like a quarterback, he is very strong as well. That kind of size plus being balanced in attack - over 1,500 yds passing and over 1,500 yds rushing this year, makes him a great prospect. Unfortunately I don't know who else has offered him, I'm sure we can't be the only ones pursuing.

UVA-Wise "offered" him (do they offer scholarships?) and UVA & VT invited him preferred walk-on opportunity. Kevin's former HS teammate, Trevor Haislip, needs to convince him to join the Tribe.

“What separates Kevin is the space between his ears,” Lloyd said. “He’s the smartest kid I’ve ever coached, and the greatest thing about Kevin is when he gets tackled, he has five linemen there to pick him up. That tells you what his teammates think of him.”

Not sure exactly. They did host a bunch of kids on official visits this weekend. I'm guessing it's one of them. The only two I can ID are recent commit Marcus Crowell(#71) and Isaiah Jones(#14). I think #77 is Ryan Childress, and #6 is Ryan Poole.

I think greenswarm is just the defense in general. Birdgang is definitely DB or safety.

6 is Ryan Poole I believe. 4 is Marteise Phipps. 5 is Kevin Jarrell I do believe. The middle mountain on the left side is Colby Sorsdal. Phipps is a type of edge rusher we don’t have right now and with more weight would be great under Coach Lewis. Jarrell is the only other kid in the picture who has not committed (if Jones has indeed committed).
