I don't see anything of much substance in either video. Paying people to go stir up trouble at the other guy's events? Probably been happening ever since the earliest days of the Republic in some form or another. All the voter fraud stuff in the 2nd video was theoretical and seems to have been fueled by a few cocktails, and the Foval guy having a big mouth and liking to feel important, probably a good move if he got let go.
