Time to root against Houston and Boise

Um... Houston has no shot unless Navy loses 2 times or a weird 3 way tie at 1 loss grants Houston the bid to their title game. Root against Boise, Navy, SDSU, and USF at this point. Houston, Troy and Memphis if you want the outside contenders gone. They're about as likely as Toledo.

WMU playing the best of any G5 at this point. People have kinda figured out Houston and good teams are able to hang with them. With their schedule they will lose again or twice. Boise got a scare at home against an average MWC team, and with BYU and several more road games to go they will be an interesting team to watch. Would be surprised if they win out, even though their conf schedule isn't too tough. Navy has some tough games to go as does USF. SDSU has a light schedule but isn't playing that great.

I think Navy could. I'm not entirely sold on them. So it's best for Houston to lose, for insurance. :)

Also, yes, USF could use a dinging. I think it's safe to say that there IS going to be a 1L team in the MW or AAC that will win theirs. Obviously, if it's Houston, we're doomed. If it's not, we have a decent chance.

Seems like every time I get my hopes up this year for Akron, they s*** the bed. Anytime I feel down about them they put together an impressive game. Not that I expected to win, but I also didn't expect to lose by 41. I guess what I'm getting at is at least some good came from my misery.

Congrats WMU! You guys are a hell of a team.

maybe, not setting afire the rallying symbol for the best team in the league as they take the field would be a good start. and, akron misses their qb. the backup is decent but they are a different team with woodson.

Turns out last weekend was the anniversary of Coach Fleck losing his son Colt; therefore also the anniversary of the RTB mantra in Fleck's life. He took it quite personally but didn't let it show too much.

TBF I highly doubt they knew RTB had a deeper meaning than just some quirky slogan. I certainly had no idea until after the fact.
