PAC 20 is what should happen. I would take 7 big 12 schools and Houston. Drop wvu, Baylor, and tcu although you could make a strong case for tcu over either k state or Iowa state.

Does the AAC truly want all the service academies? If so, would they want to go to 14 with Army and AFA? AFA was interested a few years ago and after failing to get into the Big 12 may be interested in making the move for FB only. Army, with an improving FB team, may be interested as well.

4 all those folk's who 'thunk after
the Shorthorns & Bloomers leave the Big "Dumpster"
that the newly "reformed" Big inflated Best of G5
(MWC, AAC, & non P5's of the Big 12)
Will get P5 status or even a "lock" New Year's Day Bowl?
U might want 2 read this recent statement from the Iowa St AD

http://www.cbssports.com/college-footbal...-oklahoma/

Doesn't bode well $$$$ wise
4 the AAC New TV contract/distribution possibilities

(Sorry, just now saw a thread about this topic)

Summit could easily take Air Force's mainstream non-FB sports. They already have leagues for their other sports.

However, Air Force has been with that "Western 2nd tier" group since 1980 ...
