vs. LaTech W...seniors last game, will probably decide who wins the west because UTSA already has 1 conf. loss and still has to play @ MTSU and @ LaTech...I can't see Mullens let this team lose with so much on the line.

Would be nice if we could host but we play neither MTSU or WKU...we'll need ODU and Marshall to disrupt some things in the east.

My gut says we lose one of the last 3. ODU could be interesting since it's our first trip there. North Texas is showing signs of life, and La Tech will probably come down to who has the ball last.

Any team that has enough athleticism to slow down our offense is a threat because our defense pretty much sucks.

Guess we were actually stronger on the D-Line last year....Bolton was steady and losing Mustafa in the off-season was a bummer, too..

On offense, Payne has his moments but he is no Richard (he cannot go all the way as Richard), and our WR's were steady, did not have the dropsies, and made Nick look like Brett Favor, last year..

8-4, we screw up somewhere..

The coordinators show no willingness to change or adapt. Not sure that we get to 6 wins this year if Hopson doesn't take control of this staff. The entire team is regressing at a record pace.

I worry that Hopson may lose the team. Not to mention, the guy just looks stoned on the sideline. Even Jeb Bush thinks he's "low energy".

That being said, it's not out of the question that we win out. This conference is that bad.

ODU and LaTech are almost toss ups at this point. Everyone else is awful.

7-5 at best....we most likely lose two of the remaining five and possibly three....charlotte 'should' be the only gimme at this point...

coaching??? the preseason fears are being realized

we now have a wounded bird at the helm...and that type of injury just doesn't go away until next year....

our D is in collapse mode

our special teams coverage is akin to playground smear the queer styling

I don't know how else to state the obvious....

but hey, we have one helluva kicker!

7 wins in a horrible conference. Pathetic defense which can't get players into position to stop big plays. It looks like personnel, scheme and coaching of the D are all off. Good thing we hired a defensive wiz as head coach.

If Hop lost sleep last week after the loss as he stated, then he's not going to be getting much sleep for the remainder of the season. This staff is not up to the task and that starts at the top. Every organization is a mirror image of it's leadership. Hop is in over his head and when he leaves here, he will be a position coach in a league such as ours. Bank it. I had hoped for much better, now I have no hope.

Praying for home wins since I'll be in the stadium...I think we somehow manage to win two more games in spite of our staff.

Sadly, Nick gets it better than anyone on the staff!
