I thought the 49ers could compete with the bottom dwellers of CUSA which you have.... I don't think anyone saw Marshall being one of those dwellers this season. I think Charlotte will not fare well against the upper teams for 2-3 more years. But you guys are starting to show progress

Charlotte is not improving as much as other teams are declining. This may end up being the worst Marshall team in 30 years.

Huh ----don't remember seeing any posts on here like that. They typically said "Charlotte is several years away from competing in C-USA". 2-2 (regardless who the conf. opponents are) is competing.

So you expect Charlotte to decline or stay even from the 4th year playing football while the others climb after 20 plus years of football. This is a very one-sided thought. Our QB is a Sophomore and many of our younger players are producing. Our older players are FCS recruits. We have a very good pair of freshmen running backs. Do you have a group of players on your team that are going to magically make you better than teams that beat you this year?
