Just wondering. How much does a team get if it beats the spread? How far up or down does it get in the rankings if it does or does not beat the spread? Can just see it now, Bowen ragging Norvell because he hasn't beaten the spread. It's not enough you win the games but you gotta beat the spread if we are going to ingratiate this team with the Memphis fans. 03-banghead

Betting and covering the spread would be one way to even up the disparity between P5 and G5 payouts.
