I see, anyone that doesn't mirror the "Oh, The Sun Belt is Now Better than CUSA" is now an apologist and should be kicked out . . . .
So this is now a place where differing opinions are no longer welcome? And we should all just mirror "The Party Line?"
Didn't realize that you were so "shallow" as to be "threatened" by a differing opinion.
You can "crow" all you want about where this conference is, or where you think it is.
REALITY: It's still the worst FBS conference in college athletics, last in the PECKING order. Half a season doesn't erase decades of Perception . . No matter how badly you wish it were so.
Could it change, of course . . . Has it changed, not yet . . . could that change be under way . .. time will tell.
I personally would hate to lose Texas State as a member of the Belt for several reasons, one being that they're easy to hate. You'll have to admit thiough that TXST is a better fit for coosa.
Glad we do something for ya . . . .

I disagree, but I'm certain many think we are a better fit for the Summit or MVC and want us out.
I'm convinced if we had football, UTA/TXST would be one of the better rivals in the state, right behind SMU/TCU. With a conference implication it would bring, I think it could surpass UNT for us.

It's starting to get a little tiresome and this from the guy who was probably the most supportive of adding TXST in the first place.
There is no value reason for anyone to move from CUSA to SBC, or from SBC to CUSA at this point. It would be wasted entrance and exit fees and nothing more.
But....anyone who wants to leave the SBC or wants to do nothing but complain....there is the frickin' door. Earlier better than later.

RE: Let's purge CUSA now!
I have a feeling 2 or 3 years from now a couple of schools might go independent from C-USA. If the financial stress for most of these schools is as bad as some makes it seems. Of-course being independent you can take on as many money games as you can and play as close to home as you want. It maybe for only a couple of years for these schools but in the end the schools would be better off.
