A 30-point win today would go a long ways towards therapy. But I have a bad feeling Akron's QB is going to GASH us a few times. Our ball control offense will wear them down though, and a couple stops/turnovers on D will give us a solid 14 point win.

WMU is the superior team today. Just based on the history of the MAC, teams usually falter once they become ranked. But I'd love to see WMU keep it going until we meet.

EMU 27 @ Ohio 28. This could go either way, but Ohio at home seems like the best bet.

Kent St. 24 @ Miami 20. Should be a close one.

#24 WMU 48 @ Akron 31. If Akron were more healthy, I'd be tempted to pick the upset, but that defense lost too much and is worse due to injuries.

Ball St. 38 @ Buffalo 17. Ball State is improved over last season, while Buffalo appears to be worse.

BGSU 17 @ Toledo 45. Given the rivalry, it could be a closer game. However, I can't see any way BUGS wins this one.

[b]CMU 41[/b] @ NIU 31. We have beaten NIU two times in a row by double digits. I don't see that ending today.
