Not too sure the poor folks having to clean up after Hurricane Matthew would agree. But you're right, weather would be a major factor.

Lots of negatives happening in North Carolina and at ECU so I'm not surprised he would jump ship if he has a chance. SDSU is up and coming with lots of improvements there.
