15 make the team, there are 20 players on the training camp roster...

We know Conley, Allen, Parsons, Green, Gasol, Randolph, Wright, Carter, Baldwin, and Daniels will make the team. A few others are probably locked in as well, but not 100%...(Davis, Adams, Ennis, Martin fall into that category)

That being said, 5 of the following names will make the team, 2 get cut:

Deyonta Davis, Jordan Adams, James Ennis, Andrew Harrison, Vince Hunter, D.J. Stephens, and Jarrell Martin.

Who do you think?

Ennis is signed to a guaranteed two year contract and can't be traded for a month and a half into the season. He has a spot.

The following are battling for the final 3 roster spots:

PF - Vince Hunter

Of the guaranteed roster spots, here's the roster break down:

PG: 2

That being said, I would guess the final 3 spots go to:

C - Deyonte Davis
PG - Andrew Harrison
SF - Troy Williams

It wouldn't surprise me to see Jordan Adams get one of those final 2 spots either.

Davis just got drafted and has a guaranteed contract so he's not getting cut. Harrison also has a fully guaranteed deal so he's probably safe too. It's between Adams and the training camp invites for the final spot

Adams has a guaranteed deal and if they cut him, it's because they need his spot and don't expect him back.

If they keep him, insurance probably picks up a good portion of his salary. If they waive him, they may not get that benefit.

I can see them using the stretch provision on Adams and signing Troy Wlliams

Never understood what they ever saw in Adams to begin with.

Average athlete with average physique who isn't a deadeye shooter or unstoppable slasher or lockdown defender.

Think this is a case of being afraid to cut loose a former #1 pick.
