GSU being at 96 is an example of inflated ranking due to a close game with Wisconsin. I'm not saying that they aren't that good, but ULL has two of their three losses occur in multiple overtimes and is ranked lower, despite having the better record. USA at number 111 is a sad reflection of their in conference play and the weight given to the Sun Belt as a whole.

Correct. The team efficiencies rankings is taking into account statistical performances. And yes the overall weight of the Sun Belt to ESPN seems low.

Troy's team efficiency is high likely because we've beaten the dog crap out of the vegas spread in our last 8 games. Vegas has not caught up to us yet and apparently still thinks we are '14 and early '15 Troy.

That said, I'm not sure we'll beat the spread this week. GSU is coming in hot.
