Only 8 points in Bowling Green? The same Monarchs who lost by 24 in Boone? You do have a win over UTSA but Hampton, UMass, and Charlotte are the others. I have to admit Houston Baptist, Miami(Oh) and Rice aren't too impressive but by 28 in Tuscaloosa is better than UT did in Knoxville. Oh well I think the Toppers win but ODU is on the rise for sure.

Damn - I will have to watch the 2nd half of this game - were watching it until 20-20.

I think the actual score will be worse than that.

I thought WKU should have won it in regulation, but that block pat was huge by the special teams

Actually, we should have won it in regulation. After getting the interception with about 2:30 left we ran a play followed by a timeout. The next play was a first down and a timeout leaving wkcc with only one timeout. Rather than run out the clock our genius staff decides throw a pass that was incomplete. So we essentially gave them an extra timeout. So instead of have a minute and a half they would have only had about 40 seconds at most once they got the ball back. But even more important was that because we threw that incomplete pass we got no yards. We ended up being a yard short from victory formation on that sequence. Therefore, if we would have run for just one yard instead of trying to be cute and throwing it they don't even get the ball back and the game is over. Coaches lost that game plain and simple. Utterly asinine move to put the ball in the air under two minutes left when the other team has only one timeout left.

On another note I'm pretty sure Brohm sold his soul to the devil. That is the luckiest coach I've ever seen.

I think you'll be couple of scores favorite in BG. The line will most likely open at WKU -10~14. We will see how the game goes.

I was astounded at the play call on that swing pass. It very much kept Western in the game. I doubt you'd find too many staffs in America that make that very play call in that time/situation. I doubt you'd find many staffs in America that make any play call involving any type of pass in that time/situation.

But I'm sure glad it happened. I'm also glad you didn't go for it on 4th and 1. Not too many staffs would go for it there but I honestly doubt we could have stopped Middle in that situation.

That's Stockstill for you. Brohm would have gone for it in both cases. But he would not have been in the position because he wouldn't have allowed a pass play on that first down.

Thats actually Tony Franklin call, he's been known to that before

No. That was on Stockstill. Coming out of a timeout he knew exactly what the play call was. He never should have allowed it. You have to overrule that if that's the OCs play call.

MTCC? Your school is the one that actually has open enrollment. As far as attendance goes I find it hilarious you bring that up. The attendance today would have sold out your high school size stadium. Some of you western fans act like you guys play in front of 80,000 people in your stadium. Your stadium holds 20,000 and you can't even fill it up after having a great season like you guys did last year. That's pathetic.
