no charges were ever filed....so the chances of jail tie in this are nil. Its a CIVIL case after all..where the burden of proof isn't as great as it would have been in a criminal trial.

With that said, text messages do not necessarily prove consent. Consent can be given or taken away at any time for any reason. Sexting is never consent for anything further than that if a woman doesn't want it to be.


But as I said above, I don't know if hes guilty or innocent. I am speaking in generic terms.
