Side effect of UCs too often boring and uninspiring play under this regime is I have really enjoyed watching Alabama and Tennessee play this year. Great match ups this weekend.

Both games are scheduled on the DVR today and I get to go watch them face off in person next week.

I would be surprised if they beat A&M. These SEC schedules are brutal.

Tennessee is good and they've been the luckiest team in the country this year.

For about 10 seconds Georgia was the luckiest team in the country.

My wife is still sour since she went to Georgia and her sisters went to UT.

I admit I was somewhat annoyed by Butch when he was here. But Im much more annoyed by getting blown out by anyone with a pulse. I have no ill will for Butch.

Butch has done a great job. He has completely flipped the worst roster in the SEC when he arrived in just 4 short years. I do think injuries are about to really catch up with them though. I always liked him at UC. I still don't get where all the hate comes from with some UC fans. He was by far the most personable coach UC had and he made everyone feel welcome even the low level donors. Of course the same people still hating on him were the ones buying the TUbberville BS and telling us the roster would get better every season he was here.

If his QB was a tad better they could make some waves this year. Always seems to start games off a little shaky.

BTW: He left. Get over it already people. Or don't. TI've watched each game and I probably couldn't name more than 2 players on their roster. Some really enjoyable games, though.

Two players from my local high school are on the Tennessee roster. One had a touchdown catch against Florida. I root hard for them to do well, but I still will root against Tennessee as long as Butch is there.

It sucks that I enjoy watching these SEC games so much more than my own team.

So much good luck for the Vols, the devil must be holding the other side of that rope.
