RE: 22500 seats sold
The 22,500 includes the 7,000 reserves for students. So to hit 30k (which is all but full), there still has to be 7,500 tickets sold over the next 52 hours (and technically, the past 3-4 hours too).

Doable, but attendance will probably be around 28,000 if I had to guess

You better not be in Y, row bb! We have 3 tickets there, and then I've been buying 1-2 more in the area and then jamming the rest of my family in.

Ah well, I'll put you in charge of the 7-year old. 02-13-banana

Looking at the website, almost all the end zone seats on both sides are still available. So the number sold seems a little fishy.

I thought the same thing.... looks like both sides are about 98% full... depending on the student section filling out at some point... The end zones are plenty available. At this point I am going to predict an actual game time attendance of around 21,500. Which is really going to piss me off... Perfect weather... an NIU team that needs to be given some pay back for the past few years... and a WMU team that looks like it can finally do it... COME ON PEOPLE!

Pretty close. By my calculations there are 11,564 (give or take) seats in south sidelines. Just checked and there are still 78 random seats available there, so that would mean that they are 99.3% full as of 1:00pm Friday.

There will be more than 21,500 there. I've had several calls today for tickets (unheard of). The student section will be full the campus is buzzing. I was on campus this morning it's RTB mania

I've got 5 in my car, coming from the greater metropolitan Standish area. .....and no, granny won't be sitting in the back with Ellie May.

Just checked WMU ticket site. Only 12 random, individual seats are left. I am sure that those will be gobbled up tomorrow.

RE: 22500 seats sold
Best estimates that I can come up with after looking at what is left in the end zones is that there are only a few thousand tickets left for the walk up crowd. Section X is selling out as there are only 41 seats left in that section.

West end zone has high and medium availability. More than a few thousand left. I predict 25K tomorrow.

I think if you click on the section it actually shows the seat by seat availability... its an interesting view... i haven't drilled down into this evening... I agree... best bet tomorrow is likely somewhere around 25k.

I just hope that if the game is somehow close at half... the students stick around and cheer on their team in the second half...

I hope that it is a WMU blowout at the half and the students stick around anyway to enjoy the fun........then go out and get drunk. 03-drunk
