It's good to have faith about building projects actually being built. What a refreshing change! Yet some here think our leadership has gotten worse instead of better. What a joke.

Did they ever break ground on this? Rudd was on John Martins show Tuesday and he said that construction will start in the very near future. Anyone know what the deal is?

Dr. Rudd said it would be done very soon but had more meetings to get through this week

Unless I have it wrong, I believe we are still under the purview of the TBOR. They required ALL of the money up front before granting a "no start" (which, ironically in the real estate world, means you CAN start). We don't get our own board (call our own shots) until 2017-18?
