It's expandable to 84k and it will be when the demand is there. 65k is a good fit right now but with the way U of L is growing I don't think it will be too long until they expand again.

I can see that....65K Is perfect right now...and if we go to 84K that tells me that the demand is for it and it will be first class

Yes, I don't anticipate needing to go above 65k for a while, and that is fine. You want to keep demand and we don't have a large enough fan base in down years to even fill that amount for every game. This planned expansion with the already sold out suites and boxes should be great.
