From what I've read the team would have to cut a guy whose guarenteed or make a trade....Hope he sticks. Always have liked the kid

Yeah the most likely scenario is that he gets signed to the D-League team again and then would get called up with 10 day contracts later in the season if injuries happen or a trade is made to clear up roster spots. But the way the roster is currently set up he has a very small chance of making the squad which sucks but he could also get picked up by another team if he keeps showing he is NBA caliber.

Word on the street is DJ has been working on his outside shooting, especially from 3 land. If he develops a reliable jumper to go along with the insane dunking, he should stick somewhere. I just hope it works out for him to remain with the Grizz.
