He's all yours now. Congrats!

Edit: For some reason, I read this as Charlie Cobb. Nevermind.

And seriously, -10.5? No way.
Yeah, they'll have to score 10.5 points, first.

Texas State wins 14-6. The Bobcats and the Panthers combine for a record 10 safeties.

Ga State apparently has a pretty big injury. Penny Hart is out for the season per the AJC.

Yeah that's is a bad one.

I think they will go after our run defense and see if that works.

1) Yes, being without Hart sucks pretty bad.

2) I just realized that you can bet under-61 on this game. Based on this thread, that seems like a no-brainer...

Big blow for us. But, our offense is so abysmal it might not even matter.

I was gonna say, absolutely awful for Mr. Hart. I just don't know how much it will affect things when he doesn't have a QB that can throw him the ball anyway.

The better news is that it looks like he'll get another year of eligibility.

There's a rumor that Georgia vs South Carolina will be moved from Columbia to the Georgia Dome at 8:00 PM and TxSt vs GSU will be moved up to Noon.

Highly doubt that would be the case.

UGA carries a LOT of clout in this state.

Even if they did "buy the slot" , it likely wouldn't take much aka peanuts to them.

I doubt they would pay much just because it's a hurricane causing the move.

You better believe the Ga Dome would welcome UGA/SC and all the money they would spend on concessions to play there this weekend.

I say as long as...
1. I can keep my parking spot to tailgate
2. My ticket to GSU/Texas State gets me general admission to UGA/SC.
3. Their tickets get you in to our game
4. Leave GSU'S markings on the field.

Bring on the doubleheader.

That would certainly help your attendance figures.

That's fair. And after the game, I would also have Ga State ask the SEC for some consideration in response for accommodating them. Such as...how about a home in home in basketball with both teams.

I wouldn't think Ga St or Tex St would have much say so for emergency plans. It is what it is. They don't own the facility? Da Dome would love to have the double header. The UGA\USC game would be a HUGE boom to their revenue for the day.
