I've thought we were pretty good, last night answered lot of questions. We have high quality QB, our head coach is very good and will lead us forward. We made mistakes but never quit and that is a testament to the leadership we have in our coaches and players. I'm as excited about this team as I was after beating Miss last year. Good times ahead. Bring a friend Thursday with you to the game and enjoy this year! GO TIGERS!

We were able to line up and run our stuff with a lot of success against a pretty damn good defense. Just have to clean up the mistakes and get experience. I love where the team is headed.

I agree, and I firmly believe we are legitimately in the 15-25 range as well.

Even with a mistake-prone first half with several game-changing turnovers, we still had a puncher's chance going into the 4th quarter. That says a lot to me, especially playing an opponent with that much talent on the road.

Before Saturday, I didn't know what to think of Memphis. Honestly, they had played maybe the easiest schedule in all of CFB.

Now, I can reasonably see Memphis beating anyone on the schedule - including Houston.

If we keep winning, we'll be the favorite in every game the remainder of the year, until Houston.

It is our year to beat Houston, unfortunately, I also think it is Cincinnati's year to beat us...

Just more of the fact that we have beat them a couple of years in a row than the quality of their team this year, the same reason I feel we beat Houston this year.

Heck, if we lose to USF and Houston ... it's still a chance to win 10 games (with a bowl) ... after losing a 1st Round QB and the best coach we've had in decades. That would shut a lot of people up...

I'm worried about Navy. We'll have a better read on them after they play Houston this weekend.

Agreed.

And Navy is not as good this year either.

Worst part about last year was not once did anyone on the D lay a lick on Reynolds, which is something that should be done at the outset by a physical D to set the tone. Same premise as a guard driving the lane in basketball...especially if you foul them...put them on the ground and make them think about it next time.

RE: Impressed
Unless you play against the option more than once a year it is difficult to prepare for it.
