To me they seem about equally inaccurate. Lynch's completion percentage is hard to use due to the large amount of bubble screens the offense threw then. Lynch had a "free" 6 or 7 completions a game on those.

I am hoping Maddie's accuracy improves. Those couple of overthrown long passes and the pick in the end zone looked like he is rusty after being hurt most of last year and not being on the same page with the receivers.

Lynch also missed on some long throws. And, he often threw it behind wide-open receivers so they had to adjust which slowed them down. Also, Maddie did have some nice throws to receivers that were well covered. It is too soon to say how they compare, I agree.
