Thank goodness. We already have the CrapUSA slate to deal with. though id rather see us play Navy than anyone in this conference.

I'll bet you we traded this home game for one of the whore games we just signed.

This series was made when Navy was Indy so they had quite a few dates open. Now they're in a conference so only 4 OOC games. And it's almost always AFA/ND/Army/FCS. So we got the cut.

Navy would have been a really interesting game. Not the most challenging of opponents, but no cupcake AT ALL. You don't see their style offense much anymore, and it's tough to defend. The fact that it's playing a military branch adds interest and is good on TV. Would love to see it rescheduled sometime.

I'm with Talon on this one... kinda disappointing that it got put on the chopping block. Understandable now that they've got conference games to fill their slate.

But there was a lot of respect when we did play them.

Oh, no, Navy IS a quality win. No doubt about that. And we would beat them... at least if we played this year.
