Some really crappy NT teams have beat MT.

Would expect 2-3 wins. Bailiff will hopefully be gone very soon.

I can not see any worse than 7-5 for Western but I expect Western will be 8-4 to 9-3

so my expectations are 11-3 with another conference championship. Reality and expectations don't also come together

That's what it felt like in the second half of the La Tech game.

I am thinking 9-3 or 8-4 for USM.

USM 10-2, or 8-4 if injuries.
I expect NT and ODU will continue improving. Marshall will play better. MT and WKU will be pretty much dominant.
FIU and FAU will show some positive signs at some point. Charlotte is toast this year. Tech is very good and will be very hard to beat. UTEP is an enigma. Rice has nowhere to go but up. UTSA will win 3 or 4. UAB is building a monster.

I am expecting.....the Spanish Inquisition......

Seriously? Man, you're the biggest sunshine pumper I've ever come across.

I'm not sure what team you've been watching but I damn sure haven't seen a team that's capable of that type of season. We haven't even yet put 3 good quarters together much less a full game. (Disclaimer the crappy I-AA opponent doesn't count).

A 9-3 season would be phenomenal as bad as we look on defense at times. It's not the Jimmies and the Joes I worry about. The dudes responsible for the X's and O's (well mainly the O's).

We would like to win our first conference game.

Hell, already doubled last year's win total, so I'm happy...any further win is icing...littrell and bunch have this team pointed upwards

NOBODY expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Hope: 10-2 close loss to LSU. Host the CUSA Title game. Receive votes at the end of the season.
Flat Out Dreaming: 11-1 with the loss to Troy- not to mention Houston- hurting our chances at a NY6. Host CUSA Title game. End after it's all said and done at 13-1. Ranked between 18-25 at at end of the season.

Expectation: 9-3 with a loss coming to LSU and either Marshall or LA Tech or (possibly) ODU. Win the west. Travel to the Conference Title game. NOLA Bowl.

Prediction wise, I had us at 4-0 at this point, and wining the next 2...ending with a 10-2 season (again, LSU and Marshall being our losses).

Right now, Marshall hasn't looked great.. so although my prediction schedule has us at 9-3, I can see us taking Marshall at home so I'm sticking with the 10-2. But I really don't see us doing worse than 8-4 for the season with a decent bowl game.

Of course, injuries could change that in a heartbeat..

For UTSA.. I think we are what we thought we are. A team that has little depth. But the play is heading in the right direction. A little disappointing that we did not win at ODU, But with Rice and UTEP not performing as well. Still an outside chance of a bowl.
