I think that if you watch/listen to an interview of her, it becomes painfully obvious she is not fit for the job. Not due to her gender, due to her lack of energy, lack of ability to speak above a whisper, etc.

I can't imagine her negotiating successfully with anyone over anything.

I read that article too... Spot on.

And I agree with our friend from UTEP, this job is a sales/PR job. She doesn't seem to be energetic and enthusiastic. There is a business side to this and a good commissioner would be in tune with that.
