Glad Tulane won, but more than double TOP and only winning by a touchdown is not a good looking stat. Sounds like the game was pretty close.

I wonder if Tulane makes a bowl game this year. I think it's not likely but if you guys do now would be the best time. ULL and La Tech are on a downswing and there is a lot of talent to be had.

I think you guys beat SMU but I don't see the other two wins. Maybe Uconn.

Agreed... Right now I'd say we look to be on track for 5-7, with the wins coming against SMU and then springing an upset on somebody-not-Houston. That seems most likely result on paper.

Still, though, they don't play the games on paper.

UMass had a couple of extremely short drives the resulted in TDs, and we had some very long drives that fizzled out in/near the red zone. It happens.

Gotcha. This is the only AAC game I didn't watch so far today.

Congrats to the green wave. We kept shooting ourselves in the foot. Especially bad penalties and initially stopping them late and then we run into their kicker and Tulane scores. We brought back Comis as QB in the 4th quarter and did well scoring 10 points. Be interesting to hear about the change and who starts against ODU. Pray Huber is back as he is the one making the defensive calls on the field. Really missed today. Jalen Williams ankle still looks bad and don't think it has a chance until after the bye in November.

Final 31-24 Penalties and Tulane out played us on both sides for about 40 minutes. We did the same for 20 minutes. Tulane's OL looked huge. We are a work in progress and we did not shine today. Again congratulations to Tulane.
