Formula you'd like to see the remainder of the season.
Let's hear it people....

I'd like to see something like the following...

Maddie starts (no more Graham)

25+ carries for Huff (short yardage only for Bwon if necessary)

A little more zone read in the right situations

Deep balls to Kenny and Blake

That is the correct formula for this team to be the best they can be this season. Without Maddie, Huff and Kenny G (and WIU giving us so many opportunities) we are not even in that game! I said to be the best they can be this season - as long as Carey is the HC that is all we can hope our Huskies can be!

Safford earned himself a lot of playing time. Time to see more of the soph. RBs. No more Bougie. Feature Huff and Wimann in the red zone. Give Maddie a chance to pitch option. It'll pop for a big play. Maddie did a great job on the screens and the intermediate passes. Safford will make the offense more dynamic. Deucee and Golladay will be that much more dangerous with Saffold. Congrats Maddie! It's finally your team.

Less penalties. This team has no discipline. Lincoln Howard gets a15 yd penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct and is still in the game. Why?

ESPN team stats shows 10 penalties for 93 yards. I thought we were well over 100 yards well before the end of the game. Regardless, no discipline and on Carey again! Any decent coach would have cleaned thing like this up 4 games into the season!

We're not good enough to leave the MAC. We're not good enough to stay in the MAC.

Oh relax going 0-4 doesnt mean we are not an expansion candidate. We are still at the top of thr list for the AAC. The biggest two issues I see are attendance and season ticket base, after we get a new coach all resources should be targeting this.

thats pretty weak to assume for a DI team. I'd expect that behavior out of high schoolers, but for some of these guys, they have hopes of the next level.

Find a safty. Run Huff. Play Maddie. Find and/or develop a OLineman that is not playing now. Find a QB for 17'.

We got beat today by a dumb a$$ play by our safty and their QB was better than ours.
