This Temple football team given the level it’s currently playing at is very average, nothing more.

To be a consistent winner you need to stop the run and run the football, right now Temple isn’t doing either of those very well. Unless something dramatically changes very quickly I see an 8-4 regular season the best we can hope for, which would be disappointing given the growth last season and the expectations for this year.

Other than one big run when he trucked Champ, we did a good job against Kalif Phillips. Allowing 3.2 YPC isn't incredible, but good enough to beat most teams.
