Anyone get the plates of that truck that ran me over last night? Think it had Texas tags.

They've reverted to a more traditional offensive attack and are playing solid defense under Chavis in his 2nd year. That and Trevor Knight can obviously run.

The A&M game is now officially the one I am most concerned about on our schedule. Glad it's at home though.

Right now the fact that Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Alabama all play each other this year hurts the SEC's position going into the major bowls. That's three losses that have to be accounted for at the end of the year.

It's just the luck of the draw but it is what it is. It would be nice this year if our three best didn't have to knock each other off before the CCG. That game will then be another loss for one of our best two.

If the Vols can make it thru those two games with just 1 loss it shouldn't be that bad

Personally, I think the decision to remove Richt in favor of Smart was a foolish one. They would have been better served going after Tom Herman or staying put another year.

Sometimes the grass is not greener on the other side. LSU will also find this out very soon.

Last year I would agree with this but with the Talent LSU pulls in there is no reason they shouldn't be fighting for the top of the SEC. It's crazy how they had terrible QB play for a while when they could pull in 5 stars and 4 stars.

Les Miles is a good coach but he needs to evolve and I think a new team and fresh environment will help him change up his ways up. I wouldn't be surprised if he went to UH if Herman goes to LSU.

I would like to see Miles at NC State. What a division of coaches that would be (Fisher, Dabo, Miles, Patrino & Babers)!
