I finally got in (after tweeting at Mark Alnutt too). I think the ol' ticket web server may have needed a re-boot.

RE: $9.01 tickets
They seem pretty undertrained and non-technological....still. I would just like it if the office space behind the ticket windows are not full of clutter. Seems disorganized and 1950's-ish.

After explaining to the lady at the window that I wanted Fun Zone season tickets and I preferred to sit in the north end zone, and had never sat in my regular season ticket seats in 118, she studied the computer screen for minutes, and then showed me the screen and pointed to my new seats. I asked her if that was the end zone, and she mumbled something and showed me the unintelligible screen again. When I got home, I discovered I had tickets on the side of the south end zone. Apparently, she couldn't figure out north from south and end zone from side wings. I will just continue to pick an empty seat in the end zone and move if someone says it's their seat. Not a problem...now.

RE: $9.01 tickets
I actually had my first issue with the ticket office last week.

Bought a guest ticket from the AD for my buddy last week, had it placed in an envelope. Didn't look at it until Saturday morning.

Saw the FB1 on the side. Southeast Missouri.

Had to switch it out at will call.

Mostly I was just wondering how that kind of mistake could even happen in the first place.

RE: $9.01 tickets
The crew that used to be there a few years back was pretty awesome and on top of things. The older crew they have now are pretty lazy and technologically illiterate. Took forever to pick up another parking pass and there were only about 4-5 people in line.
