The mistake is the spreadsheet doesn't include the ratings for our 2016 class, but includes Georgia States

I'd be curious where we stand on Soph vs RS Fresh that are playing also.

That is better, but still places us below Ga State percentage wise.
I think many of us, maybe naively so, expected us to be well ahead of Ga State for at least a decade.

UTSA has two 4 stars and twenty five 3 stars on their current roster

Believe it or not, recruits will look at the rosters. Many 3* guys don't want to be one year behind a 3* guy at the same position.

Also, let me be clear, until we get a 4* guy, I don't care what the rankings say. If the coaches can't tell the difference between a "2 star" guy and a "not ranked" guy, I highly doubt the website scouts can.

My understanding he is now behind a Walk on on the depth chart.
It cannot just be because of mobility only.

Bentley was a 3 star. The 247 is a composite rating.
He may have been a 4 on one of ratings services.

You would have to cross the player with the roster on the school site

We have 28 3 star players on our current roster.

33 out of 55 is 60%, correct?

we have 33 rated? I couldn't find that many but if so yes it is
