Unless the line of storm clouds forming south of Beltway 8 at 2:45, marching slowly northward, dissipates before it gets here, I'd say the chance of rain is 100%.
They may pass before game time, and there doesn't appear to be anything forming behind them to hit us later (yet).

Was watching the UTSA @ODU game ... until it stopped streaming with 3:53 left in the half. (Grrr. What's up with that?) Camera quality there was pretty good, but there's no replay (maybe in part because it's paired with the home-team radio feed) or graphics, aside from the score in the top-left corner. I hope the Rice tripods are more stable than the Monarchs'.
