Frankly the jury is still out on how good BYU really is this season. They sure don't look like the team everyone saw in 2015. Remember that they also have a new coach. Looking petty unremarkable against an overrated UCKA team tonight.

they play defense. offense will look good against mediocre defenses. they don't have the weapons to put up a lot of points on good defenses like UCLA and Utah. This will be a good chance to see how our D stacks up.

One thing I noticed with both WOODside and Julian was their patience in the pocket. On the long TDto Yousey and a couple long WOODside bombs they looked at about three options, stepped up to avoid the rush and then unleashed. No "happy feet", no panicky throws. Good coaching, smart QBing and great confidence in the offensive line.

I really enjoy stats like these. By all accounts in what I've read we really didn't blitz much. Just 4 guys getting it done.
