Anyone Hear any Feeback about the WTOL broadcast?
I looked at their Facebook page and the few responses were not positive. There a few people miffed at not being able to watch Alabama vs Ole Miss. I have it DVR'd. Was this a broadcast that was months in the making?

The WTOL broadcast was the one used on espn3. I thought Mark and Jordan were great. As per tradition, I don't care about the feelings of SEC and Big Ten fans. I'm glad a Toledo station aired a Toledo game in Toledo.

Alabama and Ole Miss are not in our market. Watch the Rockets or go whittle a pipe!

WTOL had trouble getting the right settings on the cameras. Lighting drastically different camera to camera. MB was professional as usual. Jordan Strack was ok. Dan cummins was himself. Never was a fan so....

Unlike the guys on ESPN3 at least this bunch has been to the stadium before. Lot of experience

Mark did a great job transitioning from radio to TV by letting the pictures stand on own

What does UT get out of these locally produced games, from WTOL or BCSN? Obviously they don't have any money. It kills attendance.

You know, for home games it would be nice if ESPN could use Mark Biere and another local instead of sending in a couple guys who don't know our players names and only want to talk about P5 football.

Great Idea! Maybe they will go too something like that. ESPN has been letting go of personnel left and right.

Mark had an informative point that Matt Campbell told him that this 2016 Rockets team would be better than the 2015 team. That was before MC left town for ISU.

or it could help rebuild a fan base. UT seems to have about as many fans as show up for games. Fanbase needs to be several times that to get the attention of the big boys and to fill a stadium.

People will come to the game if it's an event, a place to meet people they know, want to know or just want to see. If there are things to do, a feeling of ownership. Rain like we were having is going to kill a lot of outdoor events.
