RE: 2016 Rockets FB Stats
And here are the individuals who are in the top 50 of various stats, as of 9/17. This early in the season, there are often many players tied at a particular ranking, but I didn't try to call out ties.

Just imagine if Woodside hadn't missed a wide open Thompson for what would have been a 90+ yard TD.

Woodside:
Passing Eff: 200.2 (2 in NCAA)
Passing Yards: 313.0 (16)
Yards per Completion: 18.41 (1)
Yards per Attempt: 11.45 (1)
Points Responsible for: 22.0 (8)
Passing TDs: 11 (4)
Completion Percentage: 62.2 (47)
Total Offense: 319.0 (20)

Hunt:
Rushing Yards: 89.0 (40)

Thompson:
Yards per Reception: 32.82 (2)
Receiving Yards: 120.3 (7)

Stepec:
Tackles for loss: 1.7 (22)

Hester:
Tackles for loss: 1.7 (22)
Sacks: 1.0 (18)

Roberts:
Scoring: 10.0 (32)
Receiving TDs: 5 (1)

Hollman:
Passes Defended: 1.7 (10)

Ellis:
Punting: 42.7 (40)

Still #2 in the MAC in "most" Defensive Categories.

My biggest concern right besides not having a letdown against EMU is
0 interceptions, 0 fumbles gained=#125/#11 MAC Turnover Margin. BGSUX
is at the very bottom of the MAC in that category.

That's exactly right. Terry mentioned it as well. Last year we were among nation's leaders for awhile, IIRC.

RE: 2016 Rockets FB Stats
That 3rd down conversion defense stat is mind blowing! Seems like in recent seasons our D couldn't get off the field on 3rd downs. While we have given up some big plays (apparently not on 3rd down), not many of them (BYU) have really hurt us that badly.
