Then it is not going to happen this year as CMU will never see 7-0 in 2016.

OSU/Penn St. is definitely a no go. Besides those SEC matchups the other competition would be from one of these Big 12 games.

Texas - Kansas State
Oklahoma - Texas Tech
TCU - WVU

Only 2 of the above 6 teams are ranked right now, but I'd expect that to change before week 8.

They are but they've beat Mississippi Valley State, UNC-Charlotte and Wyoming.

Most MAC teams could have handled that IMO.
